An employee of Azman Holding — graphic designer of the marketing department, Ramil Mammadli — took part in the international Arnica Art Land Çalıştay symposium, which annually brings together artists from various disciplines, creating a space for interdisciplinary dialogue and artistic research. The project is sponsored by Arnica. The initiator and chairman of the advisory board is Senur Akın Biçer, while the curatorial concept of the symposium and the final exhibition is implemented by Fırat Neziroğlu.
In 2025, the 4th Arnica Art Land Çalıştay was held, bringing together 21 artists, including representatives from Azerbaijan. Ramil Mammadli’s participation became a significant event for Azman Holding, highlighting the company’s commitment to developing creative potential and supporting the professional growth of its employees.
The symposium took place over seven days in the city of Kütahya, where artists worked within a collaborative creative environment. The project concluded with an exhibition that opened on April 10, 2026, at the Atatürk Cultural Center, featuring 21 artworks.
Ramil Mammadli’s piece, “Souls of Nature,” explores the idea of an invisible yet all-encompassing substance that preserves ancestral memory and captures traces of human presence. The artist views nature as a carrier of historical and spiritual code, where the past and present merge into a single, continuously evolving system.
